Every product and goodie bag is inspected, checked & packed with extra care by our team before we send them out to you. Therefore, all orders placed are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-returnable.
Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items
In the rare event if you do received missing / wrong items / damaged / faulty items, please reach out to us via Whatsapp within 7 days of receiving your order so we can assist duly.
You will be given the option to receive a partial refund with the value of the missing item OR for us to deliver the missing item/items via standard delivery.
Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange or contacting us will not be accepted.
MsGiggles reserves the right to determine, in our sole discretion, whether to approve or reject each return request.
Clearance Items
Kindly note that there is strictly no refund, return or exchange for clearance items.
