1. How long does your standard delivery take?

• Orders received by 4pm will be delivered within 1-2 working days (excluding weekends and PH)
• An extra 1-2 days may apply during festive season

2. Do you deliver outside of Singapore?

• Unfortunately, we only support Singapore market currently.

3. Are you a registered supplier on Gebiz or Vendors@gov?

• Yes

4. Some items are not available. Can I preorder?

• Most items that are out of stock will be available for preorder on our website. However, if it is unavailable, please feel free to reach out to us. You may find out contact under the Contact Us page.
