1. How long does your standard delivery take?

• Orders received by 10am will be delivered within 1-2 working days (Sun and PH are excluded)
• Longer lead times are expected during sale or festive season.

2. Do you deliver outside of Singapore?

• Unfortunately, we only support Singapore market currently.

3. Are you a registered supplier on Gebiz or Vendors@gov?

• Yes

4. Some items are not available. Can I preorder?

• Most items that are out of stock will be available for preorder on our website. However, if it is unavailable, please feel free to reach out to us. You may find out contact under the Contact Us page.

5. Do you have corporate discount?

We value long term relationship with our customers and all corporate customers will receive a special corporate pricing with no strings attached.
